A single Isotoner 3/4 finger compression glove, available for either the left or right hand. Buy exactly what you need rather than a pair you'll only half use.
Most people reach for a single glove for one of two reasons. Either swelling and stiffness are affecting one hand only, so a second glove would sit in the drawer. Or they already own a pair and want a spare, so there's always a clean glove ready while the other one dries.
Compression that stays even
The glove delivers 23-32 mmHg of compression - Class 2 - distributed evenly across the hand rather than gripping hard in one spot. The 80% nylon and 20% spandex blend holds that compression through the day without stretching out, and it's light enough that you're not carrying extra bulk around on one hand.
Open finger, so your hand still works
Fingertips are left free. You can type, use a touchscreen, fasten buttons, handle keys and pick up small objects without pulling the glove off and putting it back on ten times a day. That matters more than it sounds - gloves that get removed constantly tend to stop getting worn at all.
Built for comfort over long wear
Seams run along the outside of the glove rather than pressing against your skin, and the area around the base of the thumb is left seam-free. The base of the thumb is one of the more sensitive parts of the hand and a seam sitting across it is a common reason people give up on compression gloves.
The open cuff means you can pull the glove on and off without fighting a tight wristband, which is worth having when your hand is sore or swollen.
Wear it day or night
Lightweight enough for all-day wear and unobtrusive enough to sleep in. Latex free, so suitable if you have a latex sensitivity.
Selecting your glove: choose left or right, then your size, from the options above. If you need both hands, the pair listing is better value than buying two singles.

Sizing
Compression gloves only work properly if they fit. Too loose and you lose the compression, too tight and they become uncomfortable to wear for any length of time.
What you need: a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper and a ruler.
- Rest your hand flat on a table, palm down, fingers together and relaxed.
- Measure across the widest part of your knuckles - the four finger knuckles only. Do not include your thumb.
- Measure the hand you're buying for. If both hands need a glove, measure each one separately, as they're often not the same.

|---|---|
| XS | Up to 70mm |
