How to Use OtoMel Ear Drops
Use 1 to 3 drops of OhroMel ear drops per time. Drop OhroMel 1 to 3 times a day into the ear canal where you have complaints. You may feel a slight tingling in your ear in the first few minutes. Do not use OhroMel for more than 30 consecutive days. After a short break, you can continue using it. Warm the OhroMel bottle to body temperature before use by holding it in your hand for a few minutes. The use of cold ear drops can cause dizziness. The package also includes a wound gauze. This is intended for ear canal infections: to distribute the liquid well, and to make good contact with the skin.
ONLY Use the wound gauze following doctor's advice, in the following way:
- Cut the gauze to size
- Roll it up
- Place the roll in your ear
- Drop OtoMel on the gauze (1 to 3 drops)
- Replace the gauze every 24 to 48 hours

Do NOT use OhroMel when:
- In children under 12 years old.
- You are hypersensitive to the ingredients
- You have a hole in your eardrum
After opening, OhroMel is still good for 12 months. The contents are enough for 4 to 6 weeks of use, depending on whether you use the drops for 1 or 2 ears.
Ensure good hygiene
- Always screw the cap back on the bottle after use. Otherwise, bacteria can get into the liquid.
- If you use the gauze or touch your ears during the dripping process, make sure you wash your hands first.
Shelf life
- Store the bottle at a temperature between 4 and 30 degrees Celsius.
- Use the contents up to a maximum of 12 months after opening. After that, the effectiveness may decrease and/or the liquid may be contaminated.
- If the expiry date has passed, do not use the ear drops anymore. Because even then, the liquid may not work as well.
Are OtoMel ear drops safe for kids? OhroMel is recommended only for children older the 12 years old.
