About OneUp
OneUp is a New Zealand-owned medical distributor, founded in 2020. We focus on products that support patients before and after surgery — scar care, wound healing, oedema management, DVT management, rehabilitation, and skin care for radiation patients.
Who & Where We Are
We're based at 6/84–90 Hillside Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627, sharing premises with WS Medical. We work closely with clinicians, hospitals and allied health professionals across New Zealand. We're a small, hands-on team - focused on getting the right products to the right people. (Hillside Road crew from both companies pictured)
Our Story
We started out supplying mostly physiotherapy and manual handling products, with a small focus on scar and wound care. Over six years, we've evolved into a predominantly pre- and post-surgical business, shaped by the ranges we've found patients use most and get the best feedback on - from preparing for surgery through to recovery at home.

How We Work
We work with suppliers we genuinely believe in, keep stock reliable, and try to be easy to deal with at every step. If there's an issue, we sort it. If a clinician wants to trial something, we make it happen. We also attend numerous conferences throughout New Zealand to stay connected with the clinical community and keep up with what's happening in our field. We're not trying to overcomplicate it.
Where We're Headed
We want to keep building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and patients - and make sure the products we bring in are actually making a difference. We're always looking at what's working well globally in our categories and bringing the best of that to New Zealand.
