About OneUp
OneUp is a New Zealand–owned medical distributor, founded by Ben Fraser in 2020. We focus on products that support patients before and after surgery, with a core focus on scar care, wound healing, oedema management, DVT management and rehabilitation.
We’re based at 6/84–90 Hillside Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627, sharing premises with WS Medical so we can stay closely connected to clinicians, hospitals and patient needs.

From our base in Wairau Valley, Auckland, the OneUp team works closely with clinicians, hospitals and allied health professionals across New Zealand to supply trusted products that support better recovery outcomes.
We’re a hands-on team — practical, responsive and easy to deal with. Whether it’s helping a clinician find the right solution or ensuring stock arrives when it’s needed, we aim to make the process simple and reliable.
Our Story
OneUp began as a Physiotherapy & Manual Handling supplier, with a small but growing focus on scar and wound care products.
Over the past six years, we’ve evolved into a predominantly pre- and post-surgical business. Today, our product portfolio is shaped around what patients and clinicians need — from preparing for surgery, to recovery in hospital, to ongoing rehabilitation at home.
