The Compex Mini distils electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) into two wireless pods that clip straight onto the electrodes and pair with the Compex app over Bluetooth — no control unit, no cables, nothing to slow you down.
Six programs take you from warm-up through to recovery, massage and TENS pain relief. At around 40 grams per pod and up to six hours per charge, it is built to go wherever you train.
