We've added this 15 cm longer BLACKROLL® variant to our existing collection in the following densities: MED (soft) and Standard (average) hardness.
We produced this variant after receiving multiple requests from therapists, wanting to offer their patients a bigger supporting surface, as well as Pilates trainers.
The density and stability as well as the great range of use from the field of sports to therapy, will stay the same. Of course we will keep our trusted 30 cm BLACKROLL® MED in our collection.
The BLACKROLL® MED 45 (soft) version
- 20 % softer than our standard version
- appropriate for full body massage
- excellent for beginners
- The MED is not suitable for balance exercises (standing on the roll)
- Use only up to 75 kg body weight, if bodyweight is higher, please use 2 BLACKROLL® MINI's to enforce the roll, placing them into the MED Roll or go for a more dense BLACKROLL® (Standard).
