This has significantly helped with recovery and maintenance of a complicated knee injury. The combination of compression and cold therapy is a definite one two punch. Standard icing does not compare in any way to this system.
After sustaining a quad tendon tear, the hyperice has become my favourite recovery tool. It's so effective and easy to use, and takes the frustration out of regular icing.
Wasn't 100 percent sure about this knee compression support after everything I have brought.
But thought I might just give it a go and have to say its worth every cent, does really work & would suggest anyone with inflammation to get this u cant go wrong! best thing ever!
Put simply, its a good quality, well designed, hands free ice/compression pack. It mounds well around the area required and allows the user to get on with tasks while having the ice and compression applied. Its a little bulkier than I expected but still user friendly. If you have a reoccurring injury, and the spare cash, then its worth investing in
