The Align-Pilates H1 Pilates reformer was developed to bring the benefits of a reformer workout into your home, without the need to have a space dedicated to your Pilates workout. Featuring the same springs as our professional reformers, the H1 offers smooth and progressive resistance with a range of adjustments to fine tune the machine for your workout.
The Align-Pilates H1 Pilates reformer is a self-contained machine which can be easily wheeled around and stored safely out of the way by standing.
The platform extender from Align-Pilates can also be used in conjunction with the mattress convertor to make your reformer a mat work station.
Generally standing exercises can be done using the standard Anti-slip timber platform however many clients prefer the security of a larger standing area.
The Platform extender can also be used at the pulley end of your Reformer to aid with postural positions in other exercises.
Available for C model, A model, M model, F2 model and H1 model reformers.

Warning When Standing Your H1 Reformer:
Your reformer should only be stood up in places where there is no risk of it being knocked over by other activities in the same room. Never stand a reformer in a room, which can be accessed by children. The reformer must only be stood up indoors on firm, flat surfaces.
